2024 DCHA Annual Meeting April 25

 

The 2024 annual meeting was held April 25 in rooms A and B of the Civic Center Library at 7:15 PM.

 

Subdivision Garage Sales

 

The 2024 Subdivision-wide Garage Sales will be September 19 – 21. 

 

 

Annual Dues Payments

 

2024 dues on $100 annually are now payable.  Dues notices and payment coupons were included to the March mailing that also included the latest directory and annual letter.  Payment can be made through Zelle.  Questions: write to deercreeklivoniahoa@gmail.com 

In 2023  155  households (of the 209 eligible) paid  dues or made a contribution in lieu of dues.  Thank you to all who paid.  An extra big thanks to the 7 households who sent a $ contribution in addition to their dues.

 

Ellen Road Repaved

Hard Rock Construction company reconstructed Ellen Road in the summer of 2023.  During the following winter the surface of the new concrete pitted and flaked.  The city is working with the contractor to find a remedy for the pitting and flaking.

 

Autumn Flowers

 

The Board will be planting mums on the 8 Mile Rd island.   The summer flowers shown beautifully but now will be replaced by the autumn mums.  Members of the Jr. High and High School Robotics team who live in the subdivision have been assisting in the prep and planting.
