2023 DCHA Annual Meeting April 27
The first annual meeting since the pandemic was held April 27 in rooms A and B of the Civic Center Library at 7:15 PM.
Subdivision Garage Sales
The 2023 Subdivision-wide Garage Sales were held September 14 – 16.
The 2022 Subdivision Garage Sales were held September 22 through 24.

Annual Dues Payments
2023 dues are now payable. Dues notices and payment coupons were included to the March mailing that also included the latest directory and annual letter.
In 2022 160 households (of the 209 eligible) paid dues or made a contribution in lieu of dues. Thank you to all who paid. An extra big thanks to the 5 households who sent a $ contribution in addition to their dues.
Deer Creek Signs Repainted
See the newly painted Deer Creek signs at Gill Road paid for by your dues. Thank you.
Autumn Flowers
The Board planted mums 8 Mile Rd island. The flowers show nicely above the new curbs and pavement that surround the island.
